DeVry University

DeVry University is a sub-division of DeVry  Education Group, a profit-oriented private higher education organization located in Downers Grove, Illinois, United State. It is an emerging leading university of the world.  DeVry Education Group owns other reputed institutions including Ross University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Chamberlain College of Nursing,   Keller Graduate School of Management, American University of the Caribbean, Carrington College,  DeVry  Brasil , in addition to  Becker Professional Review. Founded in  1931 as DeForest Training School in Chicago, Illinois, founded by Herman A DeVry, the School became officially DeVry University in the year of 2002.

DeVry Education Group is established its headquarter in Downers Grove, Illinois,  United States. Daniel Hamburger is working as CEO of company. The university is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools in 1977.  

DeVry University offers academic degrees through its 5 colleges: The College of Business & Management, which encompasses Keller Graduate School of Management; The College of Health Sciences; The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences; which includes the School of Education; The College of Engineering & Information Sciences; and The College of Media & Technology. It offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as other associate degrees. Online programs in various disciplines are also offered through its campuses. DeVry University’s degrees are getting high recognition all over the world.

In the year of 2014, DeVry student enrollment was over 60,000 student across 90 campuses throughout North America (Canada, US) and over the internet access. However, it was declined overall US enrollment numbers.  Within a year since 2014, DeVry University has completely closed its 15 campus locations and downsized 13 other campuses in different places. DeVry has planned to reduce its space in US site. However, DeVry is launching two additional schools in South America, in Brazil.
